Well, I was working on my gourd cup tonight. I got the handle all shaped and ready to fit up. I pre-drilled the holes. On the second pin, the gourd cracked. Ahhhh! Oh well. Learn from your mistakes and do it better next time. Time to start planting some gourd seeds I reckon.God Bless Yall!

Bind it with some leather thong. Things will break, better to repair than throw away a useful item. Keith.
You could also attach it with some pine pitch glue rather than the pins..
