Shooting guns and eating BBQ

WARNING! I'm plugging a fund raiser event on my blog. :-)


This Sunday is Adonia Outfitters Ministry annual fund raiser BBQ. So, if you live anywhere in the Houston area and like to shoot guns and eat BBQ, then drive out to Carter's Country on Treaschwig this Sunday, April 19, noon till dark. There will be skeet shooting tournaments, .22 rifle matches and lots of BBQ. There will be raffle tickets for sale with drawings for those tickets throughout the day. Grand prize is a trip to Colorado to hunt elk or whatever game you'd like to hunt*. Second place prize is a Remington 30-06 bolt action rifle with a Bushnell scope on top inside an aluminum hard case. There will be other drawings for prizes throughout the day.
