Picked up this nice little Collins Legitimus boys axe on eBay. It's got a little mushrooming on the poll.

These are the before shots. I have already taken it apart and discovered the handle is not going to fit. Off to the hardware store.
Hope to have some after shots in the next few days.
Also picked up a cute little teapot from Shiney.

If the helve is too small for the eye, purchase the straight helve made for a double-bit axe. This is what I purchase for my 18th century axe heads. Great to use with a straight helve.
